Introduction

It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words.

I would add that, in my opinion, this is especially true for good picture and that studying morphology without any images is not possible.

We do not have to learn by heart, just good observation is enough; we only add some new terms which are already invented.

Most images are taken from the organs of animals - laboratory mouse (Mus musculus), laboratory rat (Rattus norvegicus), chameleon (Chamaeleo calyptratus) and corn snake (Elaphe guttata). Some specimens are extracted from human tissues; than they are labeled with letter H as Homo.

Therefore be studying, looking carefully, and admiring the beauty of the images which we have thanks to electron microscopy.

Every cell will tell you everything about itself.
